Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Since all our products are customized as per customer requirements, production begins only after order confirmation.
In total, delivery typically takes 9–11 business days from the date of order confirmation.
As all products are made-to-order, in some cases delivery may be delayed by 1–2 additional business days due to customization requirements or operational reasons.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping Options & Charges
We offer three types of shipping:
1. Prepaid Orders

Shipping is absolutely free for all prepaid orders.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

An additional ₹100 charge is applicable for COD orders.
3. Express Shipping

An additional ₹100 charge is applicable for Express Delivery service.

Express shipping reduces transit time but does not affect production time.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

We use reputed commercial courier companies to deliver your orders, including:

Courier selection depends on serviceability, delivery location, and operational efficiency.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A shipment confirmation email

A tracking number
Tracking details are typically shared within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to reflect on the courier partner’s website.
Damages During Transit
If you receive a damaged parcel:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

A complete unboxing video (recorded from start to finish) is mandatory to raise a claim.
After verification, replacement will be processed as per our Return & Replacement Policy.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
