24-Hour Replacement Policy
We offer a 24-hour replacement window from the time of delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If your product arrives:

Incorrect item received
We will create and ship a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification.
Important – Unboxing Video Compulsory
An unboxing video is mandatory to raise any complaint.
The video must:

Be recorded from the beginning before opening the package
-
Clearly show the sealed outer packaging
-
Clearly show the product and the issue
Without a proper unboxing video, no replacement or refund claim will be accepted.
All complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Frameable Puzzle – Frame Damage Policy
For Frameable Puzzle orders:
If the outer frame is damaged during shipping but the puzzle inside is safe and undamaged:

We will provide a refund only for the frame cost.

The refund amount will be ₹100 or ₹199, depending on the frame type purchased.

Customers may get the frame replaced locally at their convenience.
No full refund or full product replacement will be provided in case of frame-only damage.
Valid unboxing video is compulsory to claim this refund.
Material & Product Disclaimer
Our products are made using different materials including:

Wood grain, texture, shade, and minor knots naturally vary from product to product.

These variations are characteristics of real wood and make each product unique.

Such variations are not considered defects.
Refund or replacement claims based on wood grain or texture variation will not be accepted.
MDF Products

Slight surface, finish, or shade variations may occur depending on the manufacturing and printing process.

These are normal production characteristics and not defects.
Print & Color Variation

Printed colors may vary slightly depending on the material used (wood, MDF, rubber wood, etc.).

Printing on different surfaces may result in minor tone differences.

Colors viewed on mobile phones, laptops, or monitors may appear different due to screen brightness, resolution, and calibration settings.
Exact 100% color matching between digital preview and final physical product is not guaranteed.
Refund or replacement claims based solely on color variation will not be accepted.
Customized Orders – Important
As all products are personalized:

No return or refund will be accepted due to dislike of the submitted image or design.

Minor editing differences are expected, and the final output may not be a 100% identical replica of the original image.

Claims based on face mismatch or subjective design preference will not be considered for replacement.
Exchanges
Exchange is applicable only if:

The product is damaged (with valid unboxing video), or
-
You receive the wrong item (with valid unboxing video).
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds on:

Customized products (except verified damage or wrong item cases)

COD Order Cancellation Policy
If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is canceled after confirmation, we reserve the right to use the prepared product as sample content on our website or social media platforms without prior notice.
