2-Day Replacement Policy

We have a 2-day replacement policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Defective Orders or Damaged

If your ordered product arrives broken, damaged, or with a defect, we will make and ship a new one to you at no cost to you.

Check your order as it arrives and let us know within 2 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you.

No refund claims can be made based on the color and texture of the wood.

The color and texture of wood grain will vary from product to product. This is the characteristic of all-natural products and it makes your product unique. The color of the products may vary according to the calibration of your screen.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

As this order will be customized, no refunds or return can be made for dislike of your own given image.

Some changes in the picture is expected after editing. Hence it cannot be 100% match. Claims made upon Face mismatch will not be considered for replacement.

Exchanges

Exchange can be given if the order received is damaged or incase wrong item is received.

Advance Payment & Order Cancellation

We take an advance payment for each order, or customers may choose to make the full payment at the time of placing the order.

Any advance amount paid by the customer is refundable if the customer cancels the order before we start making the product.

Customers can cancel their order before the production process has started and will be eligible for a refund of the advance amount paid.

Once we have started the production of the order, cancellation is not possible and no refund of the advance amount or payment will be given.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery orders are not accepted. All orders must be placed with an advance payment or full payment at the time of ordering.
